Former WWE wrestler Sara Lee passed away by suicide in October last year.

Sara Lee's mother, Terri, announced her daughter's demise in a Facebook post.

A person close to the family shared that Sara Lee was heavily drinking on the night she died.

An autopsy report revealed that she consumed a combination of alcohol and drugs before her death.

The Bexar County Medical Examiner's Office documents confirmed a lethal combination of alcohol and pills led to her death.

Sara Lee left "letters of intent" at the scene before dying.

At the time of her death, she was found with bruises and abrasions on her head and body, possibly from a fall while intoxicated.

The Bexar County Medical Examiner's Office spokesperson stated that mixed drug toxicity caused her death, with doxylamine, amphetamines, and alcohol in her system.

WWE paid tribute to Sara Lee in a tweet, acknowledging her as a "Tough Enough" winner and inspiration to many.

Sara Lee won the WWE reality competition series Tough Enough in 2015 and was married to wrestler Westin Blake, with whom she had three children.
